A San Diego native, Tom graduated from Point Loma High School in 1998. He has a BS in Computer Engineering from UC Davis and an MBA from USC. The first 10 years of Tom’s career included technical roles in healthcare IT, specializing in radiology software. In 2010 he transitioned to the business side of the software industry working for several companies as a software product manager. In 2017 he and his wife, Dr. Megan Gibbings, opened West Coast Animal Hospital where they built a practice from the ground up. He is responsible for business operations, technology and marketing.
